Management 3.0 - the Next Generation of Management - is all about doing the right thing for your team, involving everyone in improving the system and fostering employee engagement with the right environment around to enable this.
It's about creating the environment for your teams' / organisation's success.
This Foundation online workshop is highly interactive and covers theory and practices, with a strong focus on tools that you can use directly after attending the workshop.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of this Management 3.0 Foundation workshop and your active participation across ALL the sessions, you will be able to:
Describe the difference between Management 1.0 and Management 3.0 leadership style and what it means to be an Agile Leader
Identify a better approach of how to deal with complexity and uncertainty as a leader
Actively influence the six important pillars of organisation
Choose from a toolbox of employee engagement practices for handling various situations with team members, colleagues and your own manager more eloquently
Increase employee motivation and team collaboration through using Management 3.0 mindset and practices
Identify your own areas of development for your leadership
You will also receive the Foundation workshop Certificate of Attendance. This certificate is a requirement for applying to become a licensed Management 3.0 Facilitator.
Sessions
6 sessions of 2 hours each and 2 sessions of 2.5 hours each designed are specifically for team leads, managers, leaders, agile coaches, change agents, scrum masters, project managers.
To receive the official certificate you have to attend ALL sessions.

While this is an official certified workshop, this course does not directly lead to a Management 3.0 Facilitator license.
To obtain this license and be able to hold workshops yourself as a Licensed Facilitator, you could earn yourself a Certificate of Practice.
