Curious about Management 3.0 & Agile Team Practices and how to start experimenting within your own team?
Global Management 3.0 facilitator Line Mørkbak invite to a free, interactive webinar. Line will give a taster of some of the engaging team tools in the Management 3.0 content, and moderate an interactive conversation on why and how we can support more autonomous structures and behaviors on our teams.
Who should join?
The Management 3.0 is a bit of a misfit title - everyone is a manager and everyone on a team should be inspired and skilled to step into self-organized structures with their colleagues! So join the webinar if you are a curious team member, team leader, scrum master, change agent, a passionate influencer, coach, agile developer, manager or HR leader in your organization.
New to Agile and Management 3.0?
Management 3.0 started out as a book of the same name written by leadership guru Jurgen Appelo back in 2010. Since then, Management 3.0 has grown into a global movement with huge popularity in Europe and a growing community in the Americas.
The online Agile Inspired Team Practices workshop is based on the theoretical framework from the book Management 3.0 as well as Snowden’s Cynefin framework. Theory is mixed with the highly valuable games and tools from the 2014 publication Managing for Happiness. Managing for Happening is jam-packed with engaging methods and ideas for hands-on experiments. Certain case studies are discussed to show how Management 3.0 looks when implemented across an organization.
