This Workshop covers theoretical and practical team dysfunctions, with a strong focus on tools that you can use directly after attending the workshop.
The workshop is highly interactive and introduces you to several tangible tools, both Management 3.0 practices and additional unique tools to experiment with your team: You will get to know the Five Dysfunctions Model, complete a team assessment, experience Personal Histories for building trust, create Conflict Preferences in a Team Agreement Canvas, use Commitment Clarification technique in Team Decision Matrix, experience a Team Effectiveness Exercise for achieving accountability, and establish a visual Team Scorecard to focus on results. Oh, and these are just some of the tools we will use! (there are plenty more).
