One of the greatest gifts to mankind is the ability to influence the behavior of ourselves and of others. In the workplace where the business processes are becoming more complex, where globalization has brought the thinking of matrix structures to another level, where the speed of change puts more and more pressure on the individual to achieve results and where we have to do more with less resources influencing has become a pivotal skill for employees to make a quick career and stay successful.
The truth is, we all need to be better influencers. Hardly a day passes that we don’t try to influence ourselves or others to do something different. We do our best to motivate and engage people. We struggle to enable our teams to complete projects on time and on budget. In summary, we continually work on ways to exert our influence, but we regularly fall short. In fact, in spite of the fact that we’re routinely trying to help ourselves and others alter behavior, few of us can articulate a model of what it takes to do so.
This training is about obtaining results by using proven strategies for leaders to uproot entrenched habits and execute change initiatives in teams. It is focused on influencing our own and others behavior in order to achieve the results we want in our professional and our personal life. We will explore the difference between persuasion and influence and show where and when they can be used most effectively. How do we get the resources we need, at the time we need them when those resources are already more than 100% occupied in other engagements?

Training delivery
Our training is designed by the training from the back of the room model, using research-backed brain-based adult learning techniques. This highly interactive and engaging workshop will be delivered on Zoom and as tool for group interaction we'll use Miro board. We'll engage in creative team assignments and discussions to learn by doing, and we'll explore conflict resolution tools.
