    Management 3.0 for Entrepreneurs

If you want to change the system, you must deliver positive emotional patterns to the people so that they perceive your system as something worthy to change themselves for. This is very important for all the entrepreneurs, also for all the change agents and HR managers out there to use this as a tool, because this helps us to change the system, in the end.

Sahin Appel shares how he used Management 3.0 tools and practices such as Moving Motivators, Personal Maps, Delegation Poker, and Kudo Cards to create a system with psychological safety and creativity.

    Supporting the Middle Management

In 2017, EVS started an Agile transformation. They had their R&D teams which were autonomous and self-organized. But as an organization they struggled.

The middle management struggled to find a place in this new ecosystem. The Agile Coaches didn’t find a solution in Scrum, SAFe, etc. They searched for a solution on how to address the management topic in an Agile environment. And then they found Management 3.0. Xavier Collette and Christophe Pirnay explain.
