Agile People Leadership Workshop - Develop Your Skills as an Agile Leader in 2023
We present to you the newest addition to Management 3.0: Lead and grow self-organized agile teams into high-performing teams, with the Management 3.0 mindset and tangible tools.
You cannot make people feel motivated or engaged. What you can do is set up the right conditions.
In this Agile People Leadership Workshop you will look into how to create an organization that is future-ready, an organization that is based on a strong purpose which people can connect to. You will gain insights on what makes people tick and what difference emotionally intelligent leaders can make in your organization. You will discuss strategies on how to hire great people – and how to retain top talent with future-proof reward systems in
place.
This workshop is natural step after Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop and after finishing this workshop you will get attendee certificate and Management 3.0 Workshop badge:
After actively participating in all sessions, by the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
- Formulate the purpose of your team or organization
- Describe the characteristics of people with Emotional Intelligence and how to encourage its development within your organization
- Differentiate between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset and learn how to cultivate a growth mindset in your team
- Apply STAR(T) behavior questions for better and more respectful interviews
- Identify better reward schemes and set up an effective system for your team or organization.
Who is this Workshop for?
This workshop is for directors, project managers, executives, and leaders who represent the leadership front of the company. It is also for people or roles involved in the cultural transformation of the organization and in agile or digital transformation projects, such as Agile coaches, Scrum masters, Product Owners, or influential members of project teams. People from human resources or areas of people interested in renovating or transforming work environments and being a better ally for people will also benefit from this workshop. Lastly, this workshop is for people interested in transforming their management and leadership style, those who help their organizations adapt to changing conditions and lead change.

Pre-Requisites for attending the Agile Team Leadership Workshop
The Foundation Workshop and the Agility in HR Workshop is where you learn the essential pillars and tools of Management 3.0. It is required that you attend on of these before attending the Agile People Leadership Workshop. This is a follow-up workshop which leverages the full potential of the initial training.

He is a Team player with open-minded personality and great passion in motivating teams to always give maximum and be happy. Expert in creating and adopting tailor made WoW(way of work) to enhance competitive advantage, people engagement and be in line with Industry and management trends.
Stefan holds Masters degree in Mechanical engineering and IT and more than 40 different certificates.
Juggling with different frameworks, methodologies and knowledge areas, Stefan adopted approach where people are in the center! He is calling that approach "SILA" (The Power in his language) :
Simple - Strive to simplify where is possible and use solutions because they are giving good outcomes (and not because they are trendy)
Intelligent - Use your mind, talents and energy on things which are valuable and don't waste it on things which are not in alignment with your personal principles.
Lazy - Be involved when and where is really needed and automate whenever is possible (and/or makes sense)
Agile - Be adaptive but plan. Be fast but ask(for a feedback)!
