Improve your people management skills with this workshop. You will understand what it means to implement change in an organisation and the impact this has on people. With this workshop we will help you to be a better leader and to understand what change is about.

The Agile Change Leadership Workshop is a brand new workshop in the new Management 3.0 Agility series.

What is it about in Detail?

In a world of constant change and technological innovation, where volatility and reaction time

and response time are becoming a survival factor for organisations, companies are are looking for new ways, practices and models to respond to these changes.
The Agile Change Leadership Workshop introduces the Management 3.0 Change Model in more depth, describes the components, provides tools and gives suggestions on how you can use them in your day-to-day business to drive the transformation forward.

In addition, you will learn how important experiments are for an organisations in an uncertain environment and how OKRs can help you to focus your ressources on the most important items.

Is this for me???

This interactive online workshop on agile change leadership is highly recommended if you hold any kind of leadership position. This may be a classic team leader, Scrum Master or Product Owner and Manager, people from HR, Release Train Engineers, management, newly appointed managers, transformation leads etc. Here you will acquire a further building block in the agile mindset with the corresponding skills.


Level Advanced
Prerequisite In the "Foundation Workshop" and the "Agility in HR Workshop" you will learn about the key pillars and tools of Management 3.0.

It is required that you attend one of these workshops before attending the Agile Change Leadership Workshop, or that you have previously obtained a Certificate of Practice. Not done yet? We have you covered! Send us an E-Mail and we are happy to offer you a bundle!
Your learning journey For a holistic learning experience, you should also attend the following workshops from the Agility series: Agile Team Leadership, Agile Co-Creation Leadership, Agile People Leadership.

Workshop agenda and times

The total time of the workshop is 8 hours. Please be aware, that our times are Berlin Time (CET). Also be aware of the times. We have full day workshops (8 Hours) or sometimes split into 2x4. You will always see on this course page if the split is in the morning or the afternoon. We try to offer you as much flexibility as possible.

Content

Change Management Advanced This advanced change managementmodule builds on what you have already learnt in our Change Management Foundation module, but focuses more on the human element of change. Understand that change takes place in a complex adaptive system (CAS), and the importance of experimentation to learn and adapt a change approach.
Success and Failure People, teams and organisations must constantly improve in order to postpone failures for as long as possible. This module is about learning from successes and failures. To this end, we will look at different approaches and introduce tools.
Metrics and OKRs How can we measure performance? How do we know we are doing the right things? How do we set customised goals? This module is about measurement. It looks at why we have metrics and what we really want to measure and how.


Technical Setup + Learning Academy

We will be full digital an work on our designed Miro Board. You will receive the invite to the board prior our training. For communication we are going to work with MS-Teams. All you need is a headset and a camera, besides your PC of course.

We will provide you with all training materials and invote you to our Nerd Academy. The Nerd Academy is our knowledge hub with a lot of additional material such as videos, blogs, studies etc. This access is lifelong and the content is constantly growing.
