Participate from anywhere. You only need a computer, webcam, microphone, and some space to actively immerse. Also, you will need some familiarity with using Miro.

The Agile Change Leadership Workshop covers theoretical and practical agile management, with a strong focus on tools that you can use directly after attending the workshop.

The concept is highly interactive and introduces you to several tangible tools, the so-called Management 3.0 practices to experiment at your organisation: You will get to practice with the Experiment Hypothesis - a simple framework to help you create your next experiments. To learn from experiments and celebrate learning, we will practice Celebration Grid. You will visualizing relationships in a Complex Adaptive System with Connections Circle, allowing you to understand complexity by seeing causes and effects in the system. Emphasizing learning over right versus wrong will be practiced with Yay! Questions. Lastly, practicing OKRs will help you to create learning organizations, and get teams and people out of their comfort zone.

🤔 This workshop’s topics will be interesting for team leads, managers, change managers, agile coaches, scrum masters, project managers, HR experts, and directors who work in agile environments and want to improve their leadership skills.

Pre-Requisites for attending the Agile Change Leadership Workshop

The Foundation Workshop and the Agility in HR Workshop are where you learn the essential pillars and tools of Management 3.0. It is required that you attend one of these before attending the Agile Change Leadership Workshop. This is a follow-up workshop that leverages the full potential of the initial training.

Additionally, it is highly recommended to attend the other 3 Agile Leadership workshops (Agile Team Leadership, Agile People Leadership, Agile Co-Creation Leadership) before attending the Agile Change Leadership Workshop.
