There are two versions of this course, a one week INTENSIVE Course and a Practical Course where there’s a weekly theory class and practical class.

In this course Management 3.0 Fundaments Online Workshop, you will learn about all the essential concepts of agile management, plus you will receive an official certificate of assistance. It has a special emphasis and module on remote team working
Additionally, you will be able to participate in an extra day of Exponential Organisations (certificate included) with a professional coach, who will guide you towards the understanding of exponential behaviour (from examples like the nature of Covid19 to organisations such as Airbnb, Uber, etc which use these growth patterns) and pass on tools as well as showing you how to use them in your organization.
1. - What is Management 3.0 - Agile Management?
Management 3.0 was initially explained by Jurgen Appelo, one of the most important authors on agility and management, who has been highlighted as one of the 40 most relevant experts in Management worldwide (INC journal) as well as being one of the 3 most influential people in the world of Agility (InfoQ). His book Management 3.0 is considered to be the very best aligned management framework written, within an agile world, and has been designed to discover the role of Managers in an Agile company
In his books “How to Change the World” y “Management 3.0 Workout” / “Managing for Happiness” he includes diverse techniques used by the most innovative companies in the world to motivate their employees, create high-performance teams, develop a creative environment, boost agility and empower individuals and teams.
Discovering Management 3.0 is a different way of looking at systems, organisations and our surroundings, where we comprehend the importance of reaching the greatest adaptability as being critical in a complex world governed by uncertainty and permanent change.

3. What topics will we see in the Workshop?
You will learn the basics of Management 3.0, as well as having special content for leaders that work with remote teams. The attendees will learn how to give feedback in a remote environment, how to lead remote teams and how to facilitate remote reunions.
It’s important to point out that the workshop is designed to be carried out online and the tools, exercises, practices and agenda have been optimised to achieve effective online work.
Additionally, you will be able to participate in an extra day of Exponential Organizations.
This workshop is structured with the folloing modules:
After the workshop, the attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance for the Online Fundamentals Workshop. Additionally, whoever participates in the extra day of Exponential Organisations will also receive a Certificate of Attendance to Exponential Organizations.
4. Schedule (10 Hours + additional support)
This workshop has a duration of 10 hours, divided into 4 sessions of 2.5 hours each, optionally there is an additional "Exponential Organizations" session. Dates and schedule are the following:

¿How does it work?
The agenda is thought out so that the content is revised on Mondays, and the student can immediately apply the concepts during the week, with the support and orientation during the week of the facilitator (via WhatsApp). With the option of achieving experience and conclusion at the end of the week.

The attendees will be constantly participating and applying diverse tasks and tools of Management 3.0, the workshop has been designed to be interactive with a substantial amount of feedback to maintain the attention and participation of the attendees.

- this workshop content helps to prepare for Management 3.0 Certified of Practice, which is to show and validate that someone has apply the concepts in real-life situations and learnt from that experience. With Certified of Practice the assistant can become automatically a Management 3.0 official facilitator (An additional work will be required - See more)
- Online personal support for 4 months to guide and provide feedback to help the participant to achieve the Certification of Practice from Management 3,0 and later get the licence as an Oficial Management 3.0 facilitator. This support consists on quick Q&A or feedback about the specific management practice being.

8. Disclaimer
The minimum number of participants is 8 for the course to open. If the minimum required amount is not completed, the Workshop will be rescheduled and all registered participants will be notified, who will be eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellation policy: You can cancel free of charge up to two weeks before the course start date. After this date, there will be a 10% fee.
