Jason Little, explains how to look at change in a less traditional sense and discusses what it takes to risk it all in order to go after what you truly want.

Hands-on Management 3.0 leadership workshops focus on tangible practices to help managers, team leaders, middle management, and C-level executives increase employee engagement and foster transformational change within their organizations.
I did find the use of US English rather grating eg, everything or everyone is either ‘weird’ or ‘awesome’. Things that are not acceptable, ‘suck’. Sentences finished with ‘right?’ which is not necessary. I don’t think the title of the talk actually related to the content of the discussion, which seemed to be around the areas of risk and happiness. Perhaps have a longer precis of the talk, or some key words. It wasn’t about , given what I understand of lean and change, in any context.
