About the Agile Team Leadership Workshop:

Lead and grow self-organized agile teams into high-performing teams with the Management 3.0 mindset and tangible tools.

What does it take to build a high-performance team? With this Agile Team Leadership Workshop, a continuation of the Fundamentals of Management 3.0 Workshop, you will be able to:

• Serve your team better as a leader
• Establish the right conditions for self-management
• Encourage growth for both team members and the team as a whole.

You will be introduced to a wide range of practices and practical tools to experiment with. Specifically, you will learn about the Team Decision Matrix to encourage team decision-making, as well as techniques to give and receive better feedback based on trust, a crucial factor in building high-performance teams. Additionally, you will develop a plan to create more fun within your team, making happiness at work the norm rather than the exception.

This workshop is natural step after Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop and after finishing this workshop you will get attendee certificate and Management 3.0 Workshop badge:

After actively participating in all sessions, by the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

• Describe what distinguishes high-performing teams and how you, as a leader, can actively influence the creation of a high-performing, self-organizing team.
• Plan activities and practices to achieve greater closeness within your team and between teams.
• Establish a healthy feedback culture based on openness and transparency within your team.
• Implement a system to support greater happiness in your team to increase performance and productivity.

This workshop is for directors, project managers, executives, and leaders who represent the leadership front of the company. It is also for people or roles involved in the cultural transformation of the organization and in agile or digital transformation projects, such as Agile coaches, Scrum masters, Product Owners, or influential members of project teams. Pre-Requisites for attending the Agile Team Leadership Workshop

The Foundation Workshop and the Agility in HR Workshop is where you learn the essential pillars and tools of Management 3.0. It is required that you attend on of these before attending the Agile People Leadership Workshop. This is a follow-up workshop which leverages the full potential of the initial training.
