This new 2-day (8 hours) online, interactive Agile Change Leadership Workshop is highly recommended if you work on some leadership position, or you're team lead, SM, PO, AC, PM, HRM, supervisor, young manager... looking to adopt Agile mindset and skills to lead organizations in the new VUCA world.

Training agenda

The training will be delivered in 2 days (8 hours), on May 25th and 26th, starting at 5pm to 9pm CEST. Check your time zone!

Day 1 (May 25h) – Learn how to support your people to overcome resistance to change and embrace it.

Day 2 (May 26th) – Foster psychological safety with Success and Failure mindset. Improve the performance management system with agile metrics and OKR’s.

Learning outcomes

By attending this course you will learn on the people component of change, understanding change happens in a complex adaptive system (CAS) and the importance of running experiments to learn and to be able to adapt a change approach. Furthermore you will look into what it means for organizations to experiment, to learn on failure and how the introduction of OKRs can help you and your organization become more agile. Day 1 - Change Management Advanced Module

+ The most common reasons projects fail and how to prevent this

+ How the Adoption Curve identified different groups of people during a change project?

    + Activities you can do to support people during a change

    + The impact of change on people using the Satir Change Model

      + The importance of running experiments to learn and adapt your change project

      + Using the hypothesis template to define experiments

              + Understanding how different elements in CAS influence each other

              + Using the Connection Circle to analyze a Complex Adaptive System (CAS)

                  + How measuring a system will influence a system?

                    + Why do we have metrics, is this good or bad? And why?

                    + The 12 rules for good metrics

                    + What are Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and how to use them?

                      + Why metrics and OKRs are so powerful leadership tool?

                                  Tools and practices

                                  During the workshop we'll work with range of tools to get you started with your initiative on leading Agile people. They are easy to use, simple, creative, powerful and engaging for your people.

                                  At the end of this workshop, you will be able to gain practical tools and methods to start applying Agile to your work, increasing team productivity by using the power of your people.

                                  The following tools and practices will be covered: Experiment Hypothesis, Connection Circles, Adoption Curve card game, Celebration Grids, Yay! Questions, OKRs, Improve cards, Happiness Door and Kudo Cards.

                                  This highly interactive and engaging workshop will be delivered through Zoom and Miro. We’re working in groups, practicing M3.0 games and tools in highly interactive environment.

                                  You’ll need to provide stabile internet connection, camera, microphone and good will :)
