Lead and grow self-organized agile teams to high-performing teams – with the
Management 3.0 mindset and tangible tools.

Certified Management 3.0 Agile Team Leadership Workshop Attendee

What does it take to build a high-performing team? With the Agile Team Leadership Workshop, which is a follow-up to the Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop, you will be enabled to

    • better serve your team as a leader
    • set up the right conditions for self-organisation
    • and foster growth for both the team members and the team as a whole

You will be introduced to a wide range of hands-on tools and practices to experiment with your team: You will get to know the Team Decision Matrix for fostering team decision-making and techniques for giving and receiving better feedback based on trust, a crucial building block of high-performing teams. Furthermore, you will develop a plan to create more fun within your team – to make happiness at work the norm and not the exception.

  • Teams
Have you ever worked on a great team? What made it a great team? how can a team improve, how trust between team members can be built, and what makes teams successful?

  • Individuals and Interactions
Organisations are in the end all about people, and the relationships between people. What is the importance of creating connections between people as manager or leader? How can you create a system where people can grow relations between individuals, and increase interaction, without direct involvement of managers and leaders?

  • Better Feedback
Why it is important to give feedback? Why is it so hard sometimes to give feedback? How do you support co-workers in creating an organisation where it is normal to give feedback? How does the culture in an organisation affect giving and receiving feedback?

  • Worker Happiness
Sadly, employee engagement levels are low worldwide. Employee satisfaction levels are quite good worldwide. But engaged and happy workers can make things happen! So, how can you create a system where worker happiness is a responsibility of everyone? How do you measure happiness of co-workers? How to set-up a system related to the 12-steps to Happiness, to allow people to manage themselves?

For even more details on the above modules, click on the hyperlink above.

  • Describe what sets high-performing teams apart and how you as a leader can actively influence creating a self-organised, high-performing team yourself
  • Plan activities and practices to achieve more closeness within your team and across teams
  • Set up a healthy feedback culture based on openness and transparency within your team
  • Implement a system to support more happiness in your team to boost performance and productivity

  • Diversity Index
  • Team Decision Matrix
  • 12 Steps to Happiness
  • Niko-Niko Calendar
  • Feedback Wrap
  • 360 Feedback Dinner

Stefan is experienced PM and Agilist with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry, kids IT Education, Software development, Agile transformations in non IT industries...

He is a Team player with open-minded personality and great passion in motivating teams to always give maximum and be happy. Expert in creating and adopting tailor made WoW(way of work) to enhance competitive advantage, people engagement and be in line with Industry and management trends.

Stefan holds Masters degree in Mechanical engineering and IT and more than 50 different certificates.

After 10 years of juggling with different frameworks, methodologies, and knowledge areas, I adopted an approach where people are at the center. I call that approach 'SILAN' ('Powerful' in Serbian language):

Simple - Strive to simplify where possible and use solutions because they give good outcomes, not just because they are trendy

- Use your mind, talents, and energy on things that are valuable and don't waste them on things which are not in alignment with your personal principles.

Lazy - Be involved when and where it is really needed, and automate whenever possible (and/or makes sense)

- Be adaptive but plan. Be fast but ask (for feedback)!

- Protect, care and provide opportunities for people to share their thoughts and concerns in a safe and supportive environment.
