Teams
Have you ever worked on a great team? What made it a great team? how can a team improve, how trust between team members can be built, and what makes teams successful?Individuals and Interactions
Organisations are in the end all about people, and the relationships between people. What is the importance of creating connections between people as manager or leader? How can you create a system where people can grow relations between individuals, and increase interaction, without direct involvement of managers and leaders?Better Feedback
Why it is important to give feedback? Why is it so hard sometimes to give feedback? How do you support co-workers in creating an organisation where it is normal to give feedback? How does the culture in an organisation affect giving and receiving feedback?Worker Happiness
Sadly, employee engagement levels are low worldwide. Employee satisfaction levels are quite good worldwide. But engaged and happy workers can make things happen! So, how can you create a system where worker happiness is a responsibility of everyone? How do you measure happiness of co-workers? He is a Team player with open-minded personality and great passion in motivating teams to always give maximum and be happy. Expert in creating and adopting tailor made WoW(way of work) to enhance competitive advantage, people engagement and be in line with Industry and management trends.
Stefan holds Masters degree in Mechanical engineering and IT and more than 50 different certificates.
After 10 years of juggling with different frameworks, methodologies, and knowledge areas, I adopted an approach where people are at the center. I call that approach 'SILAN' ('Powerful' in Serbian language):
Simple - Strive to simplify where possible and use solutions because they give good outcomes, not just because they are trendy
Intelligent - Use your mind, talents, and energy on things that are valuable and don't waste them on things which are not in alignment with your personal principles.
Lazy - Be involved when and where it is really needed, and automate whenever possible (and/or makes sense)
Agile - Be adaptive but plan. Be fast but ask (for feedback)!
Nurture - Protect, care and provide opportunities for people to share their thoughts and concerns in a safe and supportive environment.
