Participate from anywhere. You only need a computer, webcam, microphone, and some space to actively immerse. Also, you will need some familiarity with using Miro.

The Agile People Leadership Workshop covers theoretical and practical agile management, with a strong focus on tools that you can use directly after attending the workshop.

The concept is highly interactive and introduces you to several tangible tools, the so-called Management 3.0 practices to experiment with your team: You will get to know the Value Stories to discover the purpose of an organization (or alignment with it), Work Expo for showcasing your
work and visually engage your team and those around you. Furthermore, you will practice with STAR(T) Behavioral Recruitment Questions to Recruit great people to your team by conducting behavioral interviews. Finally, you will learn about Merit Money, paying people based on real merits instead of imagined performance.

Pre-Requisites for attending the Agile People Leadership Workshop

The Foundation Workshop and the Agility in HR Workshop are where you learn the essential pillars and tools of Management 3.0. It is required that you attend one of these before attending the Agile People Leadership Workshop. This is a follow-up workshop that leverages the full potential of the initial training.
