Day 1 (11th April, 11.00 to 15.00 CEST) – Learn the Management 3.0 leadership views and principles, understand complexity thinking and the need for implementing organizational agility
Day 2 (12th April, 11.00 to 15.00 CEST) – Create self managed teams with delegation and empowerment and build engaged and motivated people
Day 3 (13th April, 11.00 to 15.00 CEST) – Develop learning and competencies in your team with better feedback and build inspirational culture and values
Day 4 (14th April, 11.00 to 15.00 CEST) – Learn how to successfully navigate change and start with scaling the organizational agility
What do you get?
As an attendee of this workshop, you will receive the Foundation Certificate of Attendance. This certificate is a requirement for applying to become a licensed Management 3.0 Facilitator.
You will receive all Management 3.0 tools in printable version and also from the virtual Miro board to practice with your team.
The training is designed on several bestselling books and for some of them you’ll receive the summaries and key points.
During the onboarding process, you'll be connected on e-learning platform, where you can read books and articles, watch videos and work on various assignments with the cohort. Your connection on the platform is permanent and the content is continuously updated and upgrading.

Training delivery
The training will be delivered in 4 days (16 hours), starting on April 11th to 14th, from 11.00 to 15.00 CEST. Check your time zone!
This highly interactive and engaging workshop will be delivered through Zoom and Miro. We’re working in groups, analyzing case study, playing role plays, practicing M3.0 games and tools.
You’ll get the links for the platforms just after registration and payment.
You’ll need to provide stabile internet connection, camera, microphone and good will :)
