Training agenda
The training will be delivered in 4 days (16 hours), starting on February 21th to 24th, from 17.00 to 21.00 CET. (11am to 3.00pm EDT - New York). Check your time zone!
Day 1 (21.02) – Learn the Management 3.0 leadership views and principles, understand complexity thinking and learn the Agile culture through the Scrum framework
Day 2 (22.02) – Create self managed teams with delegation and empowerment , develop learning and competencies in your team and foster psychological safety with Success and Failure mindset
Day 3 (23.02) – Build engaged and motivated teams, create better system for rewards and incentives and learn how to hire great people in your organization
Day 4 (24.02) – Create inspirational culture, values and meaning, build workplace diversity and inclusion and start with scaling the organizational agility in your organization and improve the performance management system with agile metrics and OKR’s and better feedback process
What do you get?
As an attendee of the “Agility in HR” workshop, you will receive dual certification, one from Management 3.0 and the other from ICAgile, one of the most valuable competencies in the modern HR environment. The certification is for lifetime, without exams, only by working on case study.

You will receive all Management 3.0 tools in printable version and also from the virtual Miro board to practice with your team.

The training is designed on several bestselling books and for some of them you’ll receive the summaries and key points.

During the onboarding process, you'll be connected on e-learning platform, where you can read books and articles, watch videos and work on various assignments with the cohort. Your connection on the platform is permanent and the content is continuously updated and upgrading.

Training delivery
This highly interactive and engaging workshop will be delivered through Zoom and Miro. We’re working in groups, analyzing case study, playing role plays, practicing M3.0 games and tools.
You’ll get the links for the platforms just after registration and payment.

You’ll need to provide stabile internet connection, camera, microphone and good will :)
