This 5-day interactive online workshop is highly recommended if you work in HR and are looking to build knowledge in Agile mindset for creating and leading new age organizations.

During the 5-day workshop we will discuss:

  • What is Agile and how to adopt it in the robust HR processes?
  • How to create executive buy-in and agile mindset in the organization?
  • How to implement SCRUM and Kanban in the daily HR operations?
  • How to improve talent acquisition, engagement, performance management… with agile?

We will share a range of tools to get you started with your initiative on Agile HR, that are easy to use, simple, creative and engaging for your people.

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to gain practical tools and methods to start applying Agile to your work, increasing your productivity and effectiveness in leading organizational changes.


Training agenda

Day 1 – Learn the Management 3.0 leadership views and principles, understand complexity thinking and learn the Agile culture through the Scrum framework

Day 2 – Create self managed teams with delegation and empowerment and foster psychological safety and Success and Failure mindset

Day 3 – Build engaged and motivated teams, create better system for rewards and incentives and learn how to hire great people in your organization

Day 4 – Develop learning and competencies in your team and improve the performance management system with agile metrics and OKR’s and better feedback process

Day 5 - Create inspirational culture, values and meaning, build workplace diversity and inclusion and start with scaling the organizational agility in your organization

What do you get?

As an attendee of the “Agility in HR” workshop, you will receive dual certification, one from Management 3.0 and the other from ICAgile, one of the most valuable competencies in the modern HR environment.

You will receive all Management 3.0 tools in printable version and also from the virtual Miro board to practice with your team.

The training is designed on several bestselling books and for some of them you’ll receive the summaries and key points.


Training delivery

Dates: The training will be delivered in 5 days (16 hours), starting on January 31th to February 4th, from 17.00 to 20.15 CET. (11am to 2.15pm EDT - New York, 8.30pm to 11.45pm IST - India). Check your time zone!

This highly interactive and engaging workshop will be delivered through Zoom and Miro. We’re working in groups, analyzing case studies, playing role plays, team games…

You’ll get the links for the platforms just after registration and payment.
